Delivery Will Be Sent Out Weekly (Every Wednesday) We will send out all deliveries on every Wednesday of the week (mid of the week). Orders that reaches us after and on Wednesday will be sent out on the subsequent mailing. For orders under the Nearby Countries Category, delivery will take about 3 to 5 working days to arrive. For orders under the Distant Countries Category, delivery will take about 6 to 12 working days to arrive. For orders in Singapore, delivery will take about 1 to 2 working days to arrive.If your item is not available from stock, you will receive an email, no later than the working day after your order, confirming the estimated ship date. Once the item is shipped, you will receive an email giving details, including the expected delivery date and the shipping method. For large orders, we reserve the right to make additional security checks, for which purpose we may contact you via email or phone. In certain cases we reserve the right, at our discretion to charge your card up to 14 days before shipping, in order to verify the payment. You will be informed if these procedures affect your order.
You may track your order by logging onto your account. You are welcome to discuss your order by email or phone, but please check your online account first. Do note that for any promotions, all shipping charges is still per normal
